Great self-portrait, Bridget!!! I really like the composition. The colors give a warmth to your image, and I love the curve of the mirror frame. I also noticed your heirloom necklace and wedding band. Tied into with your scarf and camera, it is easy to see what is important to you. NIcely done! Yesterday's "silhouettes" was a wonderful assignment, but challenging given the conditions. Q: Is my computer doing funny things, or did you post a completely BLACK image to represent the "death" of your silhouette? :-) P.S. 3rd time's the charm!

I too noticed the wedding band, the mirror frame and the curving of your hands around the camera. Great shot, you are so anonymous and woman of mystery in this picture. Sorry but I never got the sihouette assignment so I didn't do it. Maybe next time!

When I first saw the picture I thought of a 70s/early 80s model turning the camera on herself. I know, Im a flake;however, the lighting and colors look from another time. I love it! This picture is what I love about photography-an image that is timeless, fun and intriguing.
