this is one of my most treasured pieces of jewelery. it belonged to my mother and to her mother before her.i remember my grandmother(who i was named after) wore it daily ,as i do now.i am not sure how old this medal is, but if she were alive, my grandmother would be 125!!!!it is possibly 100 years old.i am fearful at times i will lose it but treasures like life are meant to be enjoyed!
