well,vacations over but it always good to get home.a parting shot from lake placid and a few pictures of my shelves at home.there are a few treasures, some of my favorite books and the newspaper from the day i was born :).

I was most intrigued by your newspaper, but surprised the headlines had nothing about your birth. :-) Seriously, I find those things really interesting. As I read it, I thought of my mother, who was pregnant with me when that newspaper was published. Thanks for sharing!
Ooooh, that first picture makes me feel cold....I like your still-lifes, but especially the last one of the books. Another nice job.
