i forgot about the assignment phil but i do congratulate you on you weight loss success.
few tips from your nurse friend.
1.eat your breakfast.
2.salad and lean protien for lunch.
3.don't drink your calories(unless it is a nice glass of wine:)
4.lots of fruit and veggies.
so boring right.
noone ever says to never miss dessert or eat chocolate every day.
when was the last time anyone recommended
